Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for behavioral health services and whether or not mental health claims are sent to a third party out-of-network insurance company.

If you wish, we can provide you with a superbill at the end of your appointment that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. The amount you pay will initially go towards your deductible.
After your deductible is met, you will be reimbursed for at least a majority of your appointment cost. If you have questions, please contact us or contact your provider and ask the following: How do Superbills work and how do I submit them? What is the amount reimbursed for office visits?
Forms of payment currently accepted are Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Cash. Payments are due at the time of each visit.
