Feel free to contact us via phone or email if you have any concerns related to your health or treatment. Hemisphere is not an urgent or emergency psychiatric practice. In the case of an emergency, please call 911 or go to your local emergency room. This, along with crisis numbers, are listed below.

This service is free of charge and is available to all San Diego residents, with or without insurance. These trained professionals are able to make referrals and also offer services in various languages.

Terms and Policies

Hemisphere, also known as Brittany Watson NP Nursing Corporation, is a reputable healthcare organization. Our highly qualified team is supervised by Dr. K Charlton, a highly respected and experienced physician. We are committed to providing our patients with the highest standard of care and personalized service.

Appointments:
Once you establish care with Hemisphere, we will invite you to the patient portal. Within this HIPPA complaint site, you will be able to complete forms and make payments. Initial appointments are around 60-90 minutes. We will discuss your past history including symptoms, treatment and medications. You can expect a “get to know you” approach. We will go at your pace and address your concerns. We will discuss your goals and create a treatment plan that works for you. Follow up visits will be shorter in duration but our focus is not on time but on ensuring your needs are meant. We want you to feel heard, understood and happy with your treatment.

Cancelation Policy:
We do require 24 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. If you need to cancel or do not show up to your appointment, there will be a cancellation fee. If you need to cancel, please call us at 858-522-0145 at least 24 hours before your appointment.
